Hi, I'm Sophie
I’m a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist providing counselling, hypnotherapy and guided relaxation in Keynsham, conveniently located between Bristol and Bath, as well as online across the UK.
I am deeply committed to supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing which is especially important in our busy modern world. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or in need of support through life’s challenges, changes or transitions.
I offer a calm and confidential environment where you can talk openly and be met with warmth, respect and careful attention. Our work together is shaped around you and your individual needs.
Professional Memberships
I am an Accredited Registrant member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.
Additionally, I hold professional indemnity insurance.

Using breathing, body awareness and calming imagery, these sessions
provide space to rest, reset and restore balance.
